Flexibility

I recognize that I've used the word "flexible" to mean adaptable to the expectations of others. This served me well for a time. Now that my focus is being true to myself, it no longer makes sense to adapt to the expectations of others. So what is my new definition of being flexible?

I like being physically flexible. When I'm flexible in my body I can bend down easily to pick up things that I've dropped; I can walk on uneven surfaces and not fall; I can easily run around obstacles.

My challenge in this assignment is to find a definition of "flexible" that incorporates being true to myself.
